A big purchase that I didn’t plan on making when I start 2021.
I have been wanting one of these for the longest time but I never had any reason to purchase it considering that the price is ridiculous and that I am more of a laptop kinda girl. But venturing into a new career needed me to get myself an iPad as the applications used for my job are iPad-based.
I found out that I needed an iPad on Wednesday and after a thoughtful consideration, I decided on the iPad Air (4th Generation) which my husband went and got for me on Thursday while I waited patiently at home. I was literally jumping up and down when he got home with my iPad. Initially, I wanted the 256GB storage but the only version available was the silver 64GB so that’s the one I went with.
I didn’t go for the iPad Pro because the price is absurd and my friend who has the same job as I do uses iPad Air so I figured I’d just get the same one as hers. It is absolutely beautiful and I am so in love with it! The one that I got is this one with Machines Protection Plan which my husband decided to get just in case.
As for accessories, I have already made two orders of casings on Shopee. I got a simple grey silicone cover and a cute green keyboard case that have yet to arrive. Right now, my iPad is without protection so I’m being super careful with it.
I would really like to get the Apple Pencil next just to complete the setup. My husband said it’s a waste of money but if I do have a spare 500 ringgit in the future, I’d definitely get the Apple Pencil hehe.
