Recently hauled beauty bits

To be honest, I haven’t been buying makeup as much as I used to. I stopped browsing the makeup aisles at the drugstores and I’m no longer interested in watching beauty videos and taking notes of what products I’m keen to try. A few months ago I threw out a bunch of makeup and kept some that I love or newly bought, and my collection hasn’t grown since. But recently I bought some new products and restocked some skincare and I’m excited to share it will all of you.

KAYMAN BEAUTY Coalface Soap (local)

I don’t know how many times I’ve restocked this soap. It is the most amazing cleansing soap I have ever used that works on me, treat my breakouts, and doesn’t dry my skin. I don’t feel any tightness after using it even when I don’t use any hydrating product after. I wish that it’s available internationally so you lot can try it yourself.

HADA LABO Premium Hydrating Lotion

Another one of my holy grail product that I’ve been using religiously since 2018. I tried other hydrating toners but nothing came close to this bad boy here. It’s super hydrating and I can always rely on it to soothe my skin. For days when I’m not feeling like doing skincare routine, I slap this onto my skin and call it a day.

CERADAN Hydra Moisturiser

I swear by their Skin Barrier Repair Cream, but this time I wanted to try the Hydra Moisturiser that is supposed to be lightweight and not as heavy as the cream one. I love it! My skin is loving ceramide and I rarely ever get breakouts these days.

LANEIGE Lip Sleeping Mask

I have tried this lip sleeping mask before and I knew that my Klavuu Nourishing Care Lip Sleeping Pack is better than this one but I used Klavuu for almost two years already (one jar lasts you a long time!) So I thought it was time for a change – I decided to get the Laneige one instead.

LANEIGE Neo Cushion Glow

Can we just take a moment to appreciate the aesthetic of the packaging? It’s so beautiful. The soft pink, the rounded shape of the cushion, ugh it’s so cute. I gotta admit that I bought it for the packaging – not so much for the product – but I tried it and I’m in love! It looks like my skin but better and it doesn’t look like I have a layer of foundation sitting on top.

BREENA BEAUTY Blending Pearl (local)

I gotta be honest that I have never tried the original beauty blender because why should I when we have this? This blending pearl applies liquid products seamlessly and I use it for powder products as well. Definitely an A+ product that I will keep repurchasing.

BREENA BEAUTY Wanderlust Eyeshadow Palette (local)

Eyeshadows are not my thing and if I do wear it occasionally I always, always opt for browns or burnt oranges. But the palette is beautiful and the colour payout is amazing, I couldn’t resist getting it albeit knowing that it will be collecting dust in the future. Yikes.

What product are you loving these days?
